My name is Brenda Sibilia and I have lived in the Southern Maryland area for 12 years. I specialize in bi-lingual sales in Waldorf, La Plata, White Plains and surrounding areas in Southern, Maryland focusing on the Latino community. As a first-generation immigrant I strive to honor the hard work and commitment to success that my parents always demonstrated to my sister and I as we grew up.
My parents immigrated from Guatemala to Washington, DC over 50 years ago. I was born in Arlington and grew up in Alexandria. I am raising my two daughters in Waldorf alongside my “partner in crime” and two of his four children. Our home is also graced with our many, many wonderful spare children daily as well as our two crazy dogs. There is nothing like a loud full house!
Our brokerage has over 40 years of Real Estate, marketing and financial experience. This allows us to assist our community with selling, buying, rent-to-own, or renting the home of their dreams. We are located in Fort Washington, Maryland and serve the surrounding areas of Prince George’s, Charles County, DC, Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax in Virginia.
I earned my Real Estate license as a second career. In 2002 I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies with an Emphasis in Business Communication. My degree ensures that I have the ability to market and seamlessly manage all aspects of your home buying or selling experience.
As a dual career agent, I split my time working for a national child advocacy non-profit organization. Supporting families in their safety and to accomplish their dreams is my oxygen.
I can give you the answers in English or Spanish to your Real Estate needs. Please reach me at 240-273-4570 or RealAgentBren@gmail.com
